Our Rewards Program

Pink Petal Books offers registered shoppers the chance to earn one reward point for every dollar spent. These reward points can then be redeemed for free novels. Points accumulate with every purchase, and do expire one calendar year from the date of award. Points can be used for discounts against purchases, or free stories, at the customer’s discretion. Points can also be used for print books, though shipping will always remain the customer’s responsibility. Points CANNOT be used for non-book purchases, including gift certificates.

We offer five points for every new account created at pinkpetalbooks.com. These new points are added to your point bank after your first purchase.

Although we award reward points on a 1:1 basis for every dollar you spend, ten reward points equal one dollar of credit with our store. Thus, for example, to purchase a novella at $2.75, you would need 28 reward points. Thank you.

We do have a few rules for our reward points program.

1. Points do not transfer between our stores. (i.e. points earned at pinkpetalbooks.com can only be redeemed at pinkpetalbooks.com. We hope this will change in the future, though it may always remain a manual process.)
2. Points cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise given away to another individual other than the logged in customer.
3. Points expire one year from the date they are earned.
4. Other than as credit against a future order, reward points do not hold any intrinsic cash value.
5. Due the way reward points work, we will have to manually add your points. Please allow approximately 24-48 hours for this. Thank you.
6. Jupiter Gardens, LLC reserves the right to cancel or change the terms of this program at any time.
