Download Items

Jupiter Gardens sells electronic books in addition to physical merchandise. We do not charge any shipping or handling fee for downloadable merchandise. When downloaded items are purchased in conjunction with physical ones, shipping is calculated strictly on the weight of the physical items. Download links are released as soon as payment clears.

We do not offer refunds on the purchases of electronic books. If your file is defective in some way, please contact customer service for a replacement. Thank you for your understanding.

Downloaded items may not be sold, transferred, or given away to another person. Doing so is in violation of copyright laws. We take copyright theft seriously and will punish offenders to the fullest extent of the law. Plus, it's just bad karma.

Physical Goods

We will ship all physical goods (paperback books) within twenty-four to forty-eight hours of your order. Should the wait be longer, unless stated such as when pre-ordering books, we will contact you to inform you of the expected ship date.
